These general principles concern the collection, use and transfer of personal data by Lemeks Group in the recruitment of new staff.
Data collection and processing
Personal data (name, personal identification code, e-mail, address, phone number, work experience, education, skills, qualifications, etc. required and necessary for candidacy) are data that the person has voluntarily made available to the company for the purpose of applying for jobs offered by Lemeks Group.
Data sharing and data access
Data can only be accessed and used by Lemeks Group employees and authorised third parties involved in the application process (recruitment agencies, IT management, etc.).
Lemeks takes all technical, physical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, unlawful processing or disclosure, accidental loss, alteration or destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised persons.
If you are not elected, the information you provide will be kept for one year after the end of the selection process or until it is necessary to protect Lemeks's rights or until it is required by law.
Applicants for employment are entitled to:
- access their personal data;
- request the rectification of their personal data;
- request the erasure of their personal data;
- request that the processing of their personal data be restricted;
- request the transfer of personal data, where appropriate;
- object to the processing of personal data;
- withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, where appropriate.
